Breakfasts

Power Breakfast - Wendy O.

2 cups oat bran cereal
1/2 cup wheat germ
2 tbsp flaxseed (ground)
1/4 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup whole milk powder

1/2 tbsp nutmeg
1 tbsp cinnamon
1 cup chopped dried fruit
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1 cup toasted sunflower seeds

This is a fast, no mess breakfast.  Good choice if you have to break camp early or for people on-the-go.  Just add boiling water.  Makes approx. 7 cups and will expand.  Try it with a fresh banana.
