The Club began to cut trails in 1971 and now has about 200 km. of marked, ungroomed wilderness trails on Crown land in the Gibson River area between Georgian Bay and Gravenhurst.

Open areas and wide vistas contrast with marshes, river valleys, and thick woods of pine, spruce, hemlock and hardwood.  Club members maintain the trails through trail clearing, making every effort to leave them as natural as possible.
